Nurses Change Lives - Specialty License Plate

How befitting for you as a nurse in Tennessee. Each day YOU make a difference in the lives of those you serve. That is why the Tennessee Nurses Foundation is so proud to have been given the chance to show nurses in Tennessee how much you are appreciated by designing a specialty nurse license plate in your honor.

The specialty plate is available at your local County Clerk’s Office! Get yours today and drive with pride as you truly do “Change Lives.”

As with all of Tennessee’s specialty plates, the cost is an additional $35. Approximately one-half of the proceeds from the sale of the Nurses Change Lives license plate will go to the Tennessee Nurses Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, to help support its programs.

Please email TNF or call 615-254-0350 ext. 3 for more information, or visit the TN Department of Revenue for more information.

It only takes a few quick steps to help support TNF and our mission!

Tennessee Nurses Foundation Disaster Relief Fund

Help A Nurse In Need

TNF is currently seeking tax-deductible donations for the Disaster Relief Fund. The relief fund's sole purpose is to help nurses that have been directly impacted by natural disasters, such as tornadoes, high winds, and flooding. TNF and TNA believe that helping nurses return to their normal lives will not only benefit their community but the entire state of Tennessee.

Disaster funding will be distributed to actively licensed Registered Nurses in Tennessee. TNF & TNA will review applications, (see below note on submitting an application), for funding and determine who receives assistance based on a sliding scale of needs. There are many who need a helping hand right now. We hope you will consider donating to this worthy cause.

Please share this opportunity to Help A Nurse in Need with your colleagues, friends, and family.

Thank you for your support of RNs in Tennessee during what can be the most challenging time in their life.
